What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting within strategic enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives on account strategy and territory planning
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand business priorities and decision-making processes of complex organizations
  • Lead initial conversations with senior stakeholders to uncover business challenges and strategic fit
  • Utilize CRM and prospecting tools to manage territory and track engagement metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 2–4+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR or inside sales role, focusing on enterprise or strategic account prospecting
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through outbound sales efforts
  • Experience in partnering with Enterprise Account Executives in a sales environment
  • Strong executive-level communication skills, comfortable engaging with Directors, VPs, and C‑suite
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and long sales cycles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing account-based prospecting plans
  • Experience with account mapping and developing territory strategy
  • Familiarity with engaging stakeholders across IT, Security, Finance, and Operations
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative approach to discovery conversations
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations and create structured approaches
