• Engage customers in a professional, consultative sales process

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (Hyundai experience a plus)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and committed to excellence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.
