** What You Will Do
*** Engage customers in a professional, consultative sales process
* Leverage your product expertise to match customers with the right Hyundai vehicle
* Deliver exceptional experiences that drive repeat and referral business
* Exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining high CSI scores
* Collaborate with management to implement effective sales strategies
* Stay up to date on inventory, incentives, and competitive products
** What We Are Looking For
*** Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience (Hyundai experience a plus)
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
* Self-motivated, competitive, and committed to excellence
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The annual estimated earnings range is $48,200.00 - $.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.
