$18 to $22 per hour + commission on every membership you sell

STRIDE Fitness is a boutique treadmill-based interval training studio where every class is coached, every member is known by name, and results come from showing up together. Our Huntington Beach studio is growing, and we're looking for a sales-driven advisor to help lead that growth.

You're the front line of the member journey. Every prospect who walks in, calls, DMs, or fills out a form starts with you. You turn interest into memberships through genuine connection and disciplined follow-up, and you get rewarded for it. If you love the energy of a boutique studio, thrive on hitting goals, and get fired up by closing a sale, this role was built for you.

• Drive membership sales through in-person, phone, email, text, and social media outreach
• Greet prospects and walk-in guests, lead studio tours, and present membership options with confidence
• Work your lead pipeline with consistent, timely follow-up that moves prospects from first contact to close
• Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals
• Create a welcoming, high-energy experience for every member and guest
• Address and resolve member concerns, escalating to management when needed
• Keep the front desk, retail area, and studio clean, organized, and well stocked
• Support opening, mid-shift, and closing operational and cleaning tasks

• Boutique fitness sales experience (studio, franchise, or membership-based sales)
• A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Motivation by commission and the confidence to ask for the sale
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Organization and discipline with follow-up and CRM tracking
• Passion for fitness and for building a real community around it
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends

• $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience
