Performs security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual security officer rounds; coordinates facility response to potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors; enforces policy and procedure with equitable enforcement; follows guidelines and perpetual monitoring techniques to establish a safe workplace; works with the Environment of Care committee to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to security and safety; participates in employee awareness and education;

drives as needed for company business.

• Education, Experience, Training:
  • Experience in healthcare security or related field preferred
  • State Guard Certification Registration Card
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
• Facility Specific Requirements (facility may require items listed below):
  • State driver’s license upon hire
  • Current DMV H6 report or driving history report

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $23.14.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will consider factors such as skill set, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
