As a Journeyman Plumber, you’ll expertly service, repair, and replace plumbing systems for residential clients. Whether leading a job or working as part of a team, you’ll uphold our promise of professionalism, punctuality, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-tier service using Straight Forward Pricing and company-approved forms
• Keep a clean, respectful workspace inside customers' homes
• Test and verify that all repairs and installations are working properly
• Clearly explain services to customers — no surprises, no confusion
• Maintain safety-first mindset on every call and while driving
• Help keep your vehicle clean, stocked, and presentable at all times
• Are a licensed Journeyman Plumber
  
• Have 3+ years of residential or commercial experience
  
• Are reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Want to work with a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and customer care
• $38–$60/hr base + performance bonuses
• Company vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and tool account
