We are looking for motivated individuals to join our crew as Field Technicians. This role supports pipeline inspection, maintenance, and trenchless rehabilitation projects using advanced equipment and industry-leading techniques.

No experience? No problem. We’re willing to train the right candidate!

• Perform general labor and site setup for trenchless field operations
• Operate and help maintain CIPP lining equipment and other jobsite tools
• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Follow verbal and written directions from supervisors and crew leaders
• Travel to job sites (overnight travel required)

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Construction or physical labor experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and on active jobsites
• Willing and able to travel 100% of the time (overnight travel required)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test, DOT physical, and driver’s license check (no major violations in the past 36 months)

• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude
• Familiarity with hand and power tools preferred
