️ What You'll Do

As a Journeyman Plumber, you'll expertly service, repair, and replace plumbing systems for residential clients. Whether leading a job or working as part of a team, you'll uphold our promise of professionalism, punctuality, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver top-tier service using Straight Forward Pricing and company-approved forms

* Keep a clean, respectful workspace inside customers' homes

* Test and verify that all repairs and installations are working properly

* Clearly explain services to customers - no surprises, no confusion

* Maintain safety-first mindset on every call and while driving

* Help keep your vehicle clean, stocked, and presentable at all times

You'll Be a Fit If You:

* Are a licensed Journeyman Plumber

* Have 3+ years of residential or commercial experience

* Are reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

* Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

* Want to work with a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and customer care

Compensation & Perks

* $38-$60/hr base + performance bonuses
