• Develop and maintain network and operational reports for the SoCal Perm Medical Group
• Create regulatory reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Utilize SQL Server, SAS Enterprise Guide, Tableau, and MS Access for data management and reporting
• Design and develop dashboards and data models to visualize trends
• Interface with business stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data reporting and database development
• Proficiency in SQL Server, SAS Enterprise Guide, Tableau, and MS Access
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach
• Experience with normalized and relational data modeling

• Prior experience in regulatory reporting is a plus
• Previous experience as a DBA or managing SQL Server is advantageous
• Familiarity with ETL processes for data sourcing and storage
