Integrations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Integrations Lead to drive enterprise-wide system and data integration initiatives during complex business transformations such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and modernization efforts. This role is critical in ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow across platforms, applications, and business units. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, align integration strategies with enterprise architecture, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that support strategic business goals.

This is a hybrid role based in the Burbank/Glendale, CA area, requiring on-site presence 3 days per week.

• Lead and manage cross-functional integration teams across ERP, CRM, middleware, and cloud platforms.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define integration requirements, interface specifications, and data transformation logic.
• Develop and execute integration strategies aligned with enterprise architecture and program objectives.
• Implement secure, scalable data exchange mechanisms across hybrid environments.
• Oversee middleware platforms such as SAP BTP, IBM Sterling, Mule Soft, and TIBCO to ensure robust and secure integrations.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, cybersecurity protocols, and architectural standards.
• Manage full testing lifecycle including system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor and optimize integration platforms to prevent disruptions and enhance performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, interface catalogs, data mappings, and operational runbooks.
• Support post-implementation stabilization and transition integration solutions to operations and support teams.

• 8+ years of experience in systems integration, middleware, or enterprise applications.
• Proven leadership in large-scale ERP integration projects (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of API management, REST/SOAP web services, EDI, SFTP, IDocs, and message queues.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud integration across Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with security protocols including OAuth, SAML, SSL/TLS, and encryption.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments involving carve‑outs, migrations, and enterprise transformations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The base salary range for this position is $65-$75 per hour, depending on experience.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
