• Assist customers with a friendly, courteous, and helpful service.
• Clean display cases and shelves.
• Clean, fill, and rotate self‑serve displays.
• Perform heavy lifting, bending and stooping for long periods of time.
• Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.

• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

Typical fast‑paced grocery store environment. Physical requirements include lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, heavy bending, stooping, and visual and auditory needs.
