RWC Group is looking for an experienced, customer-focused New Truck Salesperson specializing in Government and Municipal Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully developing and managing government, municipal, and public-sector accounts, building long-term relationships, and closing complex commercial vehicle sales.

• As a New Truck Salesperson, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to commercial customers by helping them identify the trucks and transportation solutions that best fit their business.
• Your responsibilities include:
• Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer visits.
• Build long‑term relationships with fleets, municipalities, contractors, and owner‑operators.
• Identify customer needs and recommend truck specifications and vocational solutions.
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and purchase agreements.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM system.
• Represent RWC Group professionally in the community and at industry events.

• Proven track record of success in government, municipal, or public‑sector sales.
• Experience developing relationships with municipalities, government agencies, public works departments, utilities, transit organizations, or similar entities.
• Knowledge of government purchasing processes, bid opportunities, RFPs, contracts, and procurement requirements preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop new business and grow an established territory.
• Strong relationship‑building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Commercial truck, heavy equipment, automotive, construction equipment, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to independently manage a territory and sales pipeline.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus.

Pay Range from $75,000 and up, depending on experience and qualifications.
