Our updated facility includes a fully enclosed service drive-through with state‑of‑the‑art equipment; a new efficient shop that increases productivity and a spacious up-to‑date customer waiting room with a full beverage and snack bar. • Entry‑Level Service Technician
• Experienced Service Technician
• Master Service Technician

• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership practices.
• Test‑drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed and provides an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.

• Experience at an automotive dealership.
• Automotive Technical School certificate.
• ASE Certificates in the Toyota or Lexus family of vehicles are a plus.
• Strong understanding of the service drive.
• Years of experience vary per position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand and excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer competencies.
• Positive, friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality.
• Open to constructive feedback to improve performance and development.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
