Job Overview

This role requires an individual with a proven track record in construction project management and a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors, maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Lead pre-construction planning, including risk assessments and feasibility studies.
  • Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all project documentation, permits, and approvals are in order.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain seamless communication and project success.
  • Track and manage subcontractor performance and contracts.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance project delivery.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience in commercial or government construction.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working on prevailing wage projects preferred.
  • University degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation and Benefits
