GREGOR INDUSTRIES is seeking an experienced Junior Estimator to join our team in the New York area. You will work alongside the Senior Estimator to prepare budgets, analyze plans, and build detailed cost models for commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities include developing material, labor, and production cost estimates, managing vendor bids, and presenting findings to management. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project is required.
