• Provide cognitive & behavioral support to clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other cognitive impairments.
• Assist with personal care such as dressing, grooming, hygiene and meals.
• Maintain home safety and perform basic housekeeping tasks.
• Transport clients to appointments, run errands and shop for groceries.
• Offer companionship and tailored activities such as conversation, music or memory games.

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid NY Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• TB clearance or chest X‑ray.
