Responsibilities- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients using evidence-based interventions
- Accurately record and track session data
- Work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and other providers
- Support client independence, communication, and skill development
- Prior experience in ABA therapy (RBT certification preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Patience, professionalism, and a passion for helping children with Autism
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months
- Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT course if not already certified
- Services take place in clients’ homes or community settings
- All roles begin as part-time, with potential for growth
