We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Apex Rehabilitation & Healthcare in Huntington Station, New York. As a Registered Nurse at our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and compassionate environment. • Provide nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Perform various medical procedures and treatments
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current New York State Registered Nurse licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
