Summary
The Service Associate supports customers and store associates by managing an in-store service hub. The role helps create a quick, seamless, and enjoyable shopping experience through customer assistance and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with friendly, genuine service.
- Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and appointments for in-store services.
- Use store technology and participate in merchandising and operational tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and registers, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
