Daily Responsibilities & Growth Path
  • Master Product Knowledge – continuously build expertise in vehicle features, packages, and emerging technologies. Apply active listening and insightful questioning to guide customers toward the right vehicle tailored to their needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
  • Cultivate Lifelong Client Relationships – engage customers with authenticity and care, fostering trust and loyalty that extends well beyond the initial sale. Address concerns promptly and professionally using CRM tools, phone, text, and email.
  • Lead with Positivity – bring energy, professionalism, and a winning mindset to the showroom every single day. Support and motivate peers to achieve sales goals and contribute to a collaborative, high‑achieving culture.

  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and presentable in business attire representing Empire Mazda in a professional matter.
  • Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time.
  • You understand the importance of listening and being empathetic while leading.
  • You have strong work‑ethic with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
  • You have experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
  • You have friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team‑player" attitude.
  • You are open to constructive feedback to improve your performance and development.
  • Flexible with work scheduling and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • You have strong computer and multi‑tasking skills, which includes Microsoft Office.
  • You will operate a clean, organized, presentable workplace with a strong attention to details.
  • You have shown stability in the job industry growing in each position you worked.
  • Spanish‑speaking sales consultants are a plus!
