Provide personalized styling and sales support to customers on the sales floor, focusing on driving sales through exceptional service and product knowledge. Build client relationships and curate wardrobe solutions to meet individual preferences and needs. Work on a commission basis to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's performance.
Responsibilities- Deliver personalized styling and product recommendations to customers.
- Achieve individual sales goals and maximize commission through upselling.
- Maintain knowledge of current trends, brands, and available inventory.
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensure sales floor presentation standards are met.
- Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
- Prior retail sales or personal styling experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work within a commission structure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
