PPG - Family Medicine, Huntington Stults

  Location:
  
  Parkview Huntington Hospital, 2001 Stults Rd, Huntington, IN 46750.
• Team: Consists of physicians & advanced practice providers.
• Weekly Patient Contact: 36 hours with 4 hours administrative time.
• Call Requirement: Very light telephone call (access center triages initial inquiries).
• Inpatient and obstetric practice: optional.
