PPG – Family Medicine, Huntington Stults

• Team: Consists of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Weekly Patient Contact: 36 hours with 4 hours administrative time
• Call Requirement: Very light telephone call (access center triages initial inquiries)
• Inpatient and obstetric practice optional
