Position Overview:

Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our established outpatient primary care team in Huntington, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial group of physicians and advanced practice providers in a supportive, patient-centered environment that promotes professional growth and work-life balance.

Position Details:

Outpatient-only practice (inpatient and obstetrics optional)
Full-time, employed position
36 hours of weekly patient contact and 4 hours of administrative time

Very light call, limited to telephone only (access center triages initial inquiries)
Fully integrated EPIC EMR system

Collaborative team-based care model with strong clinical and administrative support

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Eligible for Indiana medical license

Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
