Position Overview:
Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations. You’ll assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment to help patients achieve improved communication and swallowing function.
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans
- Accurately document services in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
- Maintain adherence to infection control, safety, and ethical practice standards
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
- Current Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP certification or CFY eligibility
- Excellent communication, time management, and clinical skills
