Provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations. You’ll assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment to help patients achieve improved communication and swallowing function.

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions for speech, language, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans
• Accurately document services in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
• Maintain adherence to infection control, safety, and ethical practice standards

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
• Current Indiana SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• CCC‑SLP certification or CFY eligibility
• Excellent communication, time management, and clinical skills
