As a Field Merchandiser, you independently showcase Hallmark products, build retailer relationships, and support seasonal resets and installations.

• Hourly pay: $12.50 – $14.50 depending on experience.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule; average weekly hours 8 – 10.
• Availability required before and after major holidays, including weekends.

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory in assigned stores using a mobile device.
• Support seasonal demand by working additional days and extended hours during holidays.
• Participate in Hallmark fixture installations, product relocations, and department resets as notified.
• Collaborate with local store teams and support fellow merchandisers as needed.

This physically demanding role requires lifting cartons up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. You must kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs and ladders throughout the day.

• At least 18 years of age.
• English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Proficient with a digital handheld device for reading documents.
• Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores.
