Non-Licensed Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This is an entry level position. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. • Answer incoming phone calls with a sense of urgency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our customers in person and over the phone.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Process payments and customer policy change requests.
• Responds to all inquiries, within specified timeframe.

• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
