Summary
The Visual Support Associate helps create an engaging, trend-focused shopping experience in the store. The role supports visual and merchandising teams by maintaining mannequin presentations and communicating seasonal campaign messages.
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome customers on the selling floor.
- Apply trend knowledge to support fashion leadership and visual messaging.
- Collaborate with visual and merchandising teams to complete workload.
- Update and maintain mannequin and visual presentations in keeping with brand standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
