Payroll Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures all data is recorded in the Payroll Enterprise System to properly process payroll according to company, local, state, and federal laws and policies.
• Addresses questions from employees, manager, administrators, and Executive Management team related to timekeeping and payroll processing.

• Maintains all documentation for employee file information as it relates to Payroll.
• Processes bi-weekly payrolls accurately and timely.
• Works with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure proper payroll data workflow.
• Assists Payroll & Benefits Accountant with payroll related projects and tasks.

• Produces and analyzes payroll reporting as requested by manager, CFO, and administrators.

• Supports the quarterly and year-end payroll reporting including, but not limited to, W-2s, workers' compensation, and unemployment.
• Trains managers and administrators on the payroll process and use of Payroll Enterprise System.
• Processes and assures accurate administration of garnishments and other legally required deductions.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years of payroll or accounting experience preferred. Excel proficiency required. Experience with Dayforce HR System highly preferred.
