Organizational Develop & Learning Assistant (Full Time) - 6012
St. Marys Medical Center is seeking a full time Organizational Development and Learning (ODAL) Assistant. The ODAL Assistant, under the supervision of the Director of Organizational Development and Learning or authorized designee, creates, maintains, and assigns modules and competency skills in the Learning Management System for St. Marys Medical Center, along with assisting other members of the department.
Responsibilities- Create, maintain, and assign modules and competency skills in the Learning Management System.
- Assist other members of the Organizational Development and Learning team as needed.
