• Design Excellence:
  Develop compelling conceptual designs and effectively communicate ideas through sketches and renderings.
• Technical Expertise:
  Produce detailed, coordinated construction documents that align with regulatory requirements, including NFPA, IBC, ADAAG, and FGI Guidelines.
• Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate with consulting engineers and work closely with clients, the design team, and construction team to bring projects to life.
• Project Management:
  Establish schedules, meet deadlines, coordinate a team, and ensure seamless project execution.
• Construction Administration:
  Conduct field visits and oversee construction progress with precision and care.

• Proficiency in software such as Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and technical design skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to efficiency and quality.

• CSI specification writing.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited institution (Required).
• 5‑10 years of professional experience, including 3 years of Revit experience (Required).
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Huntington, WV 25701 (Relocation assistance available).

• Competitive compensation: $80,000–$95,000 per year with opportunity for bonuses based on individual performance and overall firm profitability.
