Oncology - Radiation Physician

A not-for-profit academic health system is seeking a BE/BC Radiation Oncologist to join their growing cancer program in western West Virginia.

Highlights:

• Full-time, hospital employed position
• Large multi-disciplinary practice group
• Cancer program offers NCI-sponsored protocols as well as some industry-supported trials
• There are plans to update the gynecologic oncology brachytherapy equipment and start a radioisotope program shortly
• Multidisciplinary tumor boards in gastroenterology, sarcoma, breast cancer, lung cancer, and gynecologic oncology
• The Brainlab program is used for stereotactic treatment of the brain and spine, and the Varian True Beamis used for our other stereotactic treatments
• There is an active high-dose-rate brachytherapy program
• State-of-the-art clinic
