- Assist in coaching and mentoring of Division I Track & Field student-athletes, including organization and implementation of team’s training program and practices.
- Provide administrative and organizational support for the program.
- Assist with meet preparation.
- Assist with holistic development of Track & Field student-athletes.
- Recruiting activities including campus and home visits, identification and evaluation of prospects, phone calls, correspondence, etc.
- Community involvement.
- Adherence to all rules and regulations of Marshall University, Sun Belt, and the NCAA.
Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Successful coaching or competitive experience in track and cross country
Preferred Qualifications
- Division I or II playing or coaching experience
