Salary Range: $35,568 (commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity)

• Assist in coaching and mentoring Division I Track & Field student‑athletes, including organization and implementation of the team’s training program and practices.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for the program.
• Assist with meet preparation.
• Assist with holistic development of Track & Field student‑athletes.
• Recruiting activities including campus and home visits, identification and evaluation of prospects, phone calls, correspondence, etc.
• Community involvement.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations of Marshall University, Sun Belt, and the NCAA.

Must be able to perform all essential job duties as outlined in the job description.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Successful coaching or competitive experience in track and cross country.

• Division I or II playing or coaching experience.
