Maintenance Engineer Manager

The Maintenance Engineering Manager leads a cross‑functional team of engineers and maintenance professionals, driving process improvement and new technology integration across all production areas. The position focuses on ensuring safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
• 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, process improvement, and automation.
• Strong working knowledge of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Demonstrated success in managing technical projects and capital investments.

• The role operates primarily within a manufacturing plant environment.
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving mechanical components is common.
• Frequent floor presence is expected to support operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective collaboration between departments. Standing and walking for extended periods may be required.
