Serves as the Section Chief Program Analyst of the Management Support Branch. Oversees activities of lower graded program analysts, to ensure informity of methods and analysis. Advises and acts for the Chief, PCB, on all matters relating to the overall program planning, funding management, reporting, and the implementation and operation of the Corps of Engineers Financial Management Systems (CEFMS).

This is a(n) 26 Career Program position aligned under the Human Capital & Resource Management (HC/RM) Career Management Directorate. Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement. Permanent Change of Station (PCS) allowances is not authorized, subject to the provisions of the Joint Travel Regulations and an agency determination that a PCS move is in the Government Interest.
