Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work in the Rehabilitation Services Department. The PT provides high quality physical therapy services following standards of practice and laws set by the hospital, professional associations, and federal, state and local governments. The therapist evaluates the need for, and implements physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury or loss of function.

The therapist may also participate in wellness or injury prevention programs for specific patient groups. The therapist may attend ward rounds, discharge planning, evaluation clinics, in-service training, staff meetings or other professional meetings. The therapist may supervise and assist in training students, assistants or volunteers.
