Patient Care Assistant – Pediatrics
Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Assistant to support our Pediatrics team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and indirect non-professional nursing care under supervision.
- Perform patient care activities: cleaning, vital signs, obtaining lab specimens.
- Chart and document patient information, escort patients, assist with activities of daily living.
- Manage clerical duties, order and receive supplies.
- 80% or higher score on a Medical Terminology exam.
- Proof of completion of a Medical Assistant degree or Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Must provide required documentation at time of interview.
