Marshall Health Network is seeking a full-time Biomedical Equipment Technician I (Bio Med Tech I) to join our team. This role is responsible for performing complex testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures on a wide variety of biomedical equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all hospital‑owned and leased medical equipment is maintained in a safe, functional, and regulatory‑compliant condition. This is a highly technical role that requires strong problem‑solving skills, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

• Perform complex testing and troubleshooting on biomedical equipment using technical schematics, manufacturer standards, and specialized testing equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes).
• Maintain accurate records using work order and equipment management software for inventory and preventive maintenance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols for all biomedical equipment.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to clinical staff and leadership across the Marshall Health Network.
• Maintain both hospital‑owned and leased medical equipment in optimal working condition.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical engineering and maintenance issues across departments.
