The Business Systems Analyst I will assist in analysis, specifications, and design of automated systems, as well as assist in implementing new systems or modifying existing ones. This role investigates problems related to business solutions, provides application support, and examines existing and new systems for improvements. Responsibilities include reporting issues, evaluating company performance, and recommending new system procedures. The role involves creating and implementing reports and analyses to enhance healthcare business management initiatives, gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, performing workflow analysis, acting as a liaison between customers and technical teams, and supporting project management.

Additional duties include developing test plans and scripts, supporting data quality improvement, and recommending workload reduction methods.

• Infor Cloud Suite ERP Technical Analyst (Business Systems Analyst)
• Prefer proven experience with Infor Cloud Suite ERP or similar roles, with a successful track record in ERP implementations and support.
• Administer, configure, and maintain the system for optimal performance.
• Implement and test system updates, patches, and new modules.
• Customize security roles within the ERP system.
• Recommend and implement system admin processes to maximize efficiency.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
• Create and maintain ERP customizations (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extracts).
• Create reports and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments for system integration.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of healthcare-specific ERP solutions is a plus.
