Burns White has 12 offices across Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, New Jersey, Delaware, and Florida. The established team in our Huntington WV office works on a variety of matters including insurance defense and bad faith, personal injury, and construction. Our work can be demanding at times, but it is rewarding and challenging and offers growth opportunities. • License to practice in West Virginia
• Second license in Ohio strongly preferred
• Litigation experience (experience taking depositions a plus)
