• Handle a caseload of civil litigation matters
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorney on strategic case planning

• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Competitive salary of $100,000–$125,000 based on skills
