• Handle litigation matters independently or as part of a team
• Engage in client interaction, case strategy, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Take depositions (preferred but not mandatory)
• Work across multiple practice areas, gaining exposure to diverse legal challenges
• Manage multiple case priorities with a strong focus on deadlines
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior attorneys while also taking initiative independently

• Must be licensed to practice in West Virginia
• Second license in Ohio is strongly preferred
• 1–5+ years of litigation experience (depositions a plus)
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and cases simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter with initiative to learn and expand into new practice areas
