Your Mission:
Strengthen Credit. Support Growth.

Based at our Huntington, WV corporate office, you’ll partner with our Corporate Credit Manager to monitor risk, enforce policy, support credit staff, and support branches in managing customer credit. You’ll help evaluate accounts, back up strategic decisions, and serve as a go-to resource for credit questions and collections guidance.

Here’s what success looks like:

• Analyzing creditworthiness:
  Review financials, reports, and trade data to help set smart credit limits.
• Supporting collections:
  Assist with aging reviews, past-due accounts, and customer outreach.
• Collaborating across departments:
  Work closely with sales and operations to resolve account concerns.
• Guiding the team:
  Provide day-to-day support to Credit Officers and contribute to training and development.
• Jumping in where needed:
  Help with policy enforcement, escalations, lien support, and reporting.
• Keeping it compliant:
  Ensure credit decisions align with company standards and regulations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years in credit, collections, or financial analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of leadership or management experience highly preferred
• Detail-driven mindset with a knack for making sound decisions
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems, D&B reports, and Excel
• Confidence under pressure—you can handle difficult conversations with professionalism
