Hospice of Huntington is seeking an RN Team Manager to oversee patient assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a hospice setting. You will provide patient and family teaching, emotional support, and supervise nursing staff to maintain high-quality end-of-life care.
The role requires WV and OH RN licensure, 2+ years of RN experience (preferably in home health or hospice), and a valid driver’s license.
