Inside Sales Representative Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help deliver excellence to our customers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and industry trends
• Process customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
• Ability to accurately operate a cash register
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
