We are currently seeking a Business Services Specialist to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety-centric team.

• Prepares and processes customer and vendor quotes;
• Ensures that each quote is processed promptly and accurately;
• Addresses customer questions, comments, and concerns;
• Works with other departments to ensure that project requests are fulfilled and given to the customer for approval;
• Communicates with team members and customers on inventory levels and shipment arrival estimates;
• Assists customers and/or vendors in problem resolution.

• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Enjoy interacting with customers and providing great customer service;
• Strong math and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate level skills in Excel (i.e. pivot table and VLookups);
• Strong organizational skills and able to prioritize tasks;
