• Provide comprehensive urological care to patients
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Perform urological surgeries as necessary
• Collaborate with nursing and support staff for optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their conditions and treatments
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on the latest urology practices and technologies

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Associate level experience in Urology or related field
• Current medical license to practice in the state of operation
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing a diverse patient population
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Schedule:

24-hour call shifts

Patient Census: 25 per day in the clinic, inpatient volume varies

Support Staff: PAs

Must be board-certified
