• New ENT/Audiology outpatient clinic located in Huntley, IL
• Ability to practice general ENT with room for growth in subspecialty areas
• Medical staff privileges at NM McHenry Hospital and NM Huntley Hospital
• Employed full-time position with Northwestern Medicine Medical Group
• Successful and expanding multi-specialty physician group that promotes a collegial work environment, physician success and compassionate care
• System wide EPIC platform
• APP Support
• Salary range: $405,000 - $530,000
